At Loving Hearts and Hands Child Placement Agency, we are dedicated to engaging in the collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy for options and services to meet our youth and therapeutic foster parents needs for services that need to be met through training, communication and available resources to promote healthy and quality outcomes
What is THERAPEUTIC FOSTER CARE?
Therapeutic Foster Care(TFC) is a service that is family based and allows the youth to live with therapeutic foster parents(TFP), that have been specially trained to deal with emotional and behavioral needs the youth may have. With help from case managers as well as community-based and mental health service providers. Please email for more information!
